A small group training that is barbell based. Each client progresses individually while learning and working in a group with various barbell movements. This is a great addition to your routine that will give you a day of heavier lifting with coaching, in a fun small group atmosphere. 6 one time a week sessions of small group barbell based training limited to 4 people.
Currently meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:10pm and 7:15 pm (50 min. trainings) These 2 small group training sessions are full, but please contact me if you have interest in being on the waiting list if a spot opens up.
