“I have been working with Jade from Fab Girl Fitness for about 5 months now, and she is completely amazing. I have lost over 25lbs and over 20 inches. I have also gained muscle and toned in a lot of areas. I still have some work to do before I will reach my goals, but I know with Jade’s help I will be able to reach them. “Working with Jade has been a real eye opener to me. My entire life my weight has been up and down like a roller coaster. I would diet like crazy to lose the weight only to have it return again. This most recent time I gained weight during pregnancy and have struggled the last year to get it off. Jade has taught me that losing weight isn’t about dieting, but instead it is a lifestyle change. Everyone is different – we gain differently, we lose differently and I have personally found that our bodies react differently to change in lifestyle.
